NGC 21 is the electronic music project of producer and dj Fred Inglez.
To create and produce art is a way to question social norms, a way to transform ourselves by challenging what respective society considers "normal".
To go through a music experience with other people, is to get lost in a sea of bodies, who are there to design their own experiences and identities.
This EP comes to open the eyes of those who are extremely demanding with the current techno, with powerful kicks and mesmerizing molodies, NGC 21 shows all its talent in the wonderful Hypervision EP
